Here’s how it works:

Return Window: You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Cost: Returns are free of charge.
Return Process: To start a return, simply contact our customer service team and we will provide you with instructions and a return shipping label.

Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging and tags intact.

Step 1:  Thoroughly wash the car and remove all dirt, dust, and grease residues. It is recommended to use a car wash product suitable for vehicles. You can use the nano ceramic product even when the car is wet, but you can also dry it with a clean microfiber cloth.

Step 2: Before use, shake the bottle to ensure the solution is uniform.Spray on the applicator: Generously spray the product onto the microfiber applicator.Apply the product: Apply the product in small, circular motions on a small section of the car (such as a door or hood) at a time. Ensure even application and light pressure. Repeat the process: Continue applying the product to all parts of the car, section by section, until complete.

Step 3: Allow a few minutes for the product to start drying.Wipe off the product: Use another clean microfiber cloth to wipe off any excess product from the surface. This wiping will give the car a shiny and protected appearance.Step

Step 4: Check the car from all angles to ensure that no parts are left untreated and that there are no residues of the product that were not wiped off properly. 

Ongoing Maintenance: To maintain the protection and shine, it is recommended to wash the car with a suitable wash product and avoid using harsh cleaning agents.Additional Tips:It is recommended  to apply the product in a shaded area and not under direct sunlight to prevent too rapid drying.
